A deposit of $100.00  will be required to hold your animal until harvest. It will be applied toward the total cost of your order when the animal is harvested. One half of the estimated total amount will be due 2 weeks prior to the animal being taken to the processor and the balance will be due when the animal is harvested and the hanging weight is known. If you do not pay any of the amounts when due, any prior amounts paid will be forfeited. I will call you and give you information as to where to send your deposit check to reserve your beef.
